| On Saturday, December 13th, 2025, the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad held its 76th Annual Installation of Officers. It was held at the Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, with a delicious meal catered by the RVFD Auxiliary. Before our meal, the 2026 Administrative, Operational, and Association Officers were installed by Southern Maryland Volunteer Firemen’s Association Past President Philip “Heavy” Ridgell.

Keith Burney of St. Michael’s Parish for providing the invocation and benediction, the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad for covering our duty shift for the evening, DJ Kobe Brown for providing the music, Ron Bailey for providing the photography, Tyra for bartending, Shawn Davidson for being the master of ceremonies, and the Ridge Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary for catering our event. |
