Certificate of Special Recognition from the MSFA

During our February Business Meeting, we had a special guest from the Maryland State Firefighters Association (MSFA) present our squad with a “Certificate of Special Recognition” to honor our 75th anniversary.
“The Volunteer Fire, EMS and Rescue Service in every community has historically been a focal point of that community's activity. It is the most depended upon entity in a community. A volunteer fire, EMS, and Rescue company must struggle constantly to maintain sufficient members to serve and protect its community as well as raise the funds to ensure its continued success.”
We appreciate our members and community, without their help the last 75 years, the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad would not be what it is today. 💕
