Pax Air Museum with Optimus Prime and BumbleBee

On November 8th, 2023 the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad was given a huge honor of Escorting Optimus Prime (#Optimus Is Here) and BumbleBee into St. Mary's County with Ambulance 499, Four St. Mary's Sheriff's Officers, Second District Engine 61, Dave's Peterbuilt truck and PJ's Towing Heavy Wrecker. Optimus Prime was recharging at the Second District Fire Department.
On November 9th, 2023 the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad, Ridge Volunteer Fire Department Brush Truck 4, Second District Engine 61, Lexington Park (California) Ambulance 388, and PJ's Towing Heavy Wrecker were honored to escort Optimus Prime and BumbleBee to the Glenview Knolls Elementary School for a "Anti-Bullying" Event presented by Joe Fiduccia to over 400 students. The kids were able to hear a message from Optimus and take photos with Prime and Bee (owned by Craig Reese). Afterwards the team meet at PJ's Towing and then Flat Iron Farms for photos.
On November 10th, 2023 the Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad Ambulance #48 (Retired), Ridge Volunteer Fire Department Brush Truck 4 escorted Optimus Prime and BumbleBee to the Patuxent Naval Air Museum for an event from 10am-2pm. Company 9 and 3 provided Static Displays at the museum. Over 1,000 people attended this fantastic event, a new record for the Museum.
On November 11th, 2023 the Ridge Lions Club, RVFD Brush Truck 4, Four St. Mary's Sheriff Officers, along with Second District Fire Department escorted Optimus Prime up to Leonardtown Veterans Day parade for a huge crowd of cheering kids and kids at heart.
