Information about Cow Pie Bingo
What is Cow Pie Bingo and how does it work?
- Cow Pie Bingo is an event in which an area of land is marked off into “squares.” The “squares” are then purchased by buying a raffle ticket. The number on the ticket represents the “square” number.
- The area we are using is in the covered building on Flat Iron Farm at 45840 Highway to Heaven Lane, Great Mills MD 20634. It is approx. 60 x 120 feet.
- There are only 1,600 tickets available.
- At 2:00pm on Saturday October 10th 2015, three cows will be released into the marked area.
- The “squares” have been randomly arranged by computer on a grid.
- The grid will be on display the day of the event.
- Each cow will have a judge assigned to it. We will also have an overall judge.
- The judges’ decisions are FINAL.
How you win!
- The first three “plops” or Cow Pies win.
- One cow could “plop” three times or each cow might “plop” once.
What happens if the cow “plops” on the line or in multiple “squares”?
- The prize money will be awarded to the “square” in which the greatest amount lands.
- JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL.
- Examples of this rule are:
- The cow is walking while “plopping”
- The “plop” lands on the line, or an intersection
What happens if the “plop” lands on an unsold “square”?
- If the “plop” lands on an unsold “square,” the “square” above the “plop” on the grid (12 o’clock position) will be selected. If it is unsold, the square will rotate clockwise around “plop.”
What happens if the Cow does not “plop”?
- If after thirty (30) minutes, the cow does not “plop”, the three winners will be selected by drawing of the tickets at random. 1st prize will be drawn first, followed by 2nd and 3rd.
